Free Standard Shipping - All orders ship FREE via USPS First Class Mail when standard shipping is selected.

Processing Time

  • A small selection of our most popular designs may already be crafted and ready to ship. However, the majority of our jewelry is made to order. With over 300 designs, each piece is individually handcrafted with care and intention.

    If your jewelry needs to be made, please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships.

    We are a handcrafted jewelry brand, not a mass-production operation. Thoughtful craftsmanship takes time, and we appreciate your patience. You’re always welcome to reach out for an update, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom Orders - Processing times vary based on the complexity of the piece. Express shipping is recommended for these orders.

Express Shipping - Express shipping is available for an additional cost and is recommended for: time-sensitive orders, custom orders, and jewelry made with cremated remains. Shipping speed applies after the item is completed.

Shipping Your Custom Bullet or Casing to Us - If you are sending your own casing to be made into jewelry:

  • Ship it in a box or padded envelope only

  • Use USPS First Class shipping at minimum

  • Do NOT ship in a regular paper envelope

Regular envelopes are extremely likely to be damaged, caught in USPS sorting machines, or lost. We are not responsible for items lost due to improper packaging or insufficient postage. Once we receive your casing safely, we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Returned items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Requirements

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Items must be shipped in a padded envelope or box.

  • Use USPS First Class shipping or higher.

Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom pieces (including jewelry made from your personal casing or cremated remains) are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our end.
